Mayor Fulop's "Stop The Drop" Anti-Litter

Campaign Celebrates Its Fourth Year!

The 2016 “Stop The Drop” Campaign, which provides training and employment for approximately 100 Jersey City youth, is asking residents, churches, homeowners, and businesses to step up and take “The Pledge” to help make Jersey City a cleaner, more beautiful place to live!

Here’s how you can help. The Mayor’s Office, together with the Department of Public Works, the Department of Recreation and the Jersey City Incinerator Authority (JCIA), is asking residents, churches, homeowners and businesses to all sign a pledge to help keep Jersey City Litter Free.

And what will all those “Stop the Drop” ward teams be doing while you’re tidying up around your block and school?  Still picking up litter, of course, but also coordinating with residents and businesses, under the supervision of the JCIA and DPW to remove unsightly graffiti from around the city. Now, it couldn't get any better than that!

How To Take THE PLEDGE!

Simply take a few minutes and sign pledge:  Pledge
