The Mayor's Action Bureau is your "one-stop" office for information or assistance related to City services.

Whether you want to report a pothole, address a tenant/landlord issue, request a vacant lot clean-up, or just let someone know about neighborhood concerns, the Mayor’s Action Bureau will record your questions, requests, and concerns and forward them to the right department. All records are stored in our Online Help Center database for easy tracking and follow up.

The Mayor's Action Bureau is also a member of the Mayor's Quality of Life Task Force.
