2022 Consolidate Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Draft Public Hearing 

We value your input and welcome any feedback and questions during the public comment period for the 2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), which runs from May 2nd to June 1st. Your participation is vital in shaping the future of our programs, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA).

Annual Action Plan Comment Period

The City of Jersey City invites residents and non-profit providers to provide valuable input and comments on the proposed recommendations for activities undertaken through the CDBG, HOME, HOME ARP, ESG, and HOPWA Programs.

To ensure transparency and community engagement, the City will hold a 30-day public comment period for the PY 2023 Annual Action Plan Draft. This period will be open from April 11, 2023, to May 11, 2023. The draft will be available at designated locations: 4 Jackson Square, 39 Kearney Avenue, Jersey City NJ 07305 or City Hall 280 Grove Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302, and on the City's website located at the link below.
